Place the Deposit for your Quarter Beef today to lock in the next available process date. Or schedule a date further out that works for your freezer space and budget. Once that is done make a plan on getting that freezer cleaned out and ready.

Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters. This is Certified Oklahoma Bred, Born, Raised and Processed. This is Dry Aged Beef that is free from antibiotics and growth hormones and everything else. This is natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time.
Here is a very accurate list of what to expect from a Dunagan-Farms Quarter Beef:
1-Arm/Shoulder Roast (3-4# each)
1- Rump Roast/pikes peak (3-4# each)
3-Chuck Roast (3-4# each)
8-9 Ribeye Steaks, Bone in (3/4" thick, 2 per package)
8-9 T-bone Steaks (3/4" thick, 2 per package)
4-5 Blade Tenderized Round Steaks
