HALF PORK PORTION (Side of Pork)
A Half Pork, aka a Side of Pork, Half Hog gives you basically all the options. You get 1 of every primal. You get; Jowl, Picnic, Butt, Loin, Ham, Spare Ribs, Belly (bacon) and Sausage. With your custom preference of curing, cutting and packaging. Keep in mind as you think about how you want it cut, you have to pick between a few items. We will be happy to help you make that selection if you have any questions.
Place the Deposit for your Half Pork today to lock in the next available process date. Or schedule a date further out that works for your freezer space and your budget. Once that is done make a plan on getting that freezer cleaned out and ready.

With a Half Pork order you get free custom cutting and packaging preference. The processor will call you personally and go over the cutting options with you and as you make your selection, they will put your cutting and packaging orders on the cut slip the butcher will use as he is cutting your half pork. This is Certified Oklahoma Bred, Born, Raised and Processed. This is pork that is raised outside, these pigs root in the ground as pigs should, these pigs feel the sunlight and know what rain is, these pigs produce an absolute delicious flavor that is free from antibiotics and growth hormones and everything else. This is natural pork that makes the whole family look forward to eating it every single time.
